Your design ideas

Decisions for a custom floorcloth:
If you have a dream, wallpaper sample, fabric swatch, picture, photo or painting, those can serve as starter ideas for your floor cloth design.  I hand mix acrylic color, so it’s helpful for me to see the colors and themes you would like to appear in your floorcloth.

Lay newspapers (or masking tape) on your floor and arrange them into the approximate size you’d like. (Maximum of 23”X34” mat. Maximum 16”X58” runner.) Then, measure the size in inches.

Click on “sketch” in Shop Floorcloths to send your dimensions and design ideas, with a nonrefundable $50 deposit, which will be applied to the balance. I will email a sketch of your custom floorcloth design, with chips of colors to be used, design ideas, and the balance price within 14 days.  Once you confirm your approval of the sketch and price point (see pricing below) and pay the balance, the rest of the painting and finishing will be completed, and shipped to you.

Shipping:
Delivery time for a custom floorcloth will vary depending on the size of the cloth and the intricacy of the design. You can generally expect your custom artwork between 4 to 8 weeks from the time of your approval of my sketch and your payment of the balance.

Pricing:

Each custom floorcloth is priced separately. The price depends on the size and intricacy of the design. Typically, the square foot price is between $40 - $100 USD, with most pricing around $75 USD. As an example, a modest 2’x3’' floorcloth would be 2x3x$50 = $300.00 USD. Prices include shipping and sales tax. Many different sizes are possible. See Welcome page for contact information.
